Quest Menu

Created by Jack Davies

14th June

The purpose of a quest menu is to display the current quest(s) available to track during gameplay.

Quest menus will often provide information on what the quest includes such as a backstory or description, the current objective(s) of the quest and what rewards to expect once complete.

Technical Details

The player should be able to view the current quest that is being tracked and what is required for the quest to be complete on initial quest menu load.

It is often beneficial to separate both the list of available quests and the current focused quest information into a 2 column layout. As a player checks through the available quests in the 1st column, the information in the 2nd column will update with the quest selected or focused on in the 1st column.
